Fees & Withdrawal

Fee Criteria & Instructions:
  • Fee will be accepted in cash during school hours up to the 10 of every quarterly month prescribed.
  • Fee will be payable for all 12 months of the year in 4 installments. (April,July, October, January). No deduction will be made for pupils coming late or for broken period of absence. Fee can be deposited on yearly or half yearly basis also.
  • All modes of fees are inclusive, no extra fees will be charged.
  • Fee once paid will not be refundable.
  • If fees is not deposited till the end of the prescribed month, scholar's name may be struck off from the rolls.
  • After last day of the month re-admission fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged if the fee is not deposited till the end of the month.
Withdrawal & Transfer Certificate:
  • Information of withdrawal must be given in writing.
  • Transfer Certificate will be issued after clearing all dues and accounts, on payment of Rs.100/- as fee for transfer certificate.

शुल्क एवं वापसी

शुल्क मानदंड एवं निर्देश:-
  • फीस की राशि प्रत्येक निर्देशित माह की 10 तारीख तक नगद स्वीकार की जायेगी ।
  • शुल्क सभी 12 माह का तीन/चार किश्तों (जुलाई, अक्टूबर, जनवरी तथा अप्रेल) में देय होगा । देरी से प्रवेश लेने तथा लम्बे समय अनुपस्थित रहने के आधार पर किसी प्रकार की छूट देय नहीं है ।
  • शुल्क अर्द्धवार्षिक एवं वार्षिक रूप में भी जमा करवाया जा सकता है ।
  • सभी प्रकार के शुल्क निर्धारित फीस में समाहित हैं । किसी प्रकार अतिरिक्त शुल्क नहीं लिया जायेगा ।
  • जमा करवाया गया शुल्क वापस देय नहीं है ।
  • निर्देशित माह में शुल्क जमा नहीं करवाने पर विद्यार्थी का नाम पृथक कर दिया जायेगा तथा पुनः प्रवेश हेतु न्यूनतम राशि रूपये 100/ देय होगी ।
निकास एवं स्थानान्तरण प्रमाण पत्र:-
  • निकास हेतु सभी बकाया तथा इस हेतु निर्धारित राशि रुपये 100/ जमा करवाकर लिखित आवेदन करने पर स्थानान्तरण प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया जायेगा ।
